01 · Strategy

One message, everywhere: start with your labs.

Most clinics sell a product. WyzeMD sells a better way to make health decisions: real bloodwork, a real provider and a plan that keeps up with you. Every post, ad and email ladders back to that idea and to one simple next step: a $99 first visit.

Positioning

Functional medicine built on your bloodwork. Not a prescription vending machine, not a med spa. In person in Overland Park, by video in four states, and in Spanish through Programa Latino.

The promise we can keep

We start with your labs, explain them in plain English and follow up. We never promise results or timeframes. Trust is the product.

Brand voice

Confident, warm, plain-spoken, a little playful. Short sentences. Premium and clinical, never hype. Tagline everywhere: "When it comes to your health, Let's be Wyze!"

Content pillars

Mon · EducateMyth vs fact, explainers, carousels people save and share.
Tue · Service spotlightOne service at a time: what it is, who it's for, what a visit looks like.
Wed · Behind the scenesSly on camera, the clinic, how telehealth works. Faces build trust.
Thu · Know your numberOne lab marker per week, explained in 30 seconds. Our signature series.
Fri · Programa LatinoA full Spanish post every week, written natively, not translated.

02 · Funnel

From scroll to booked visit in four steps.

  1. 1

    Reach

Organic posts on 7 platforms (5 per week each) + Meta and Google ads + Google Business Profile.

  2. 2

    Land

Every link goes to a page built to convert: /go/weight-loss, /go/testosterone, service pages, state pages. All tracked with UTMs.

  3. 3

    Lead

Short form: name, phone, email, service. Separate SMS and email consent. No health questions online. Saved with the source of every lead.

  4. 4

    Book

The team calls within one business day, books the $99 first visit in Tebra, and the welcome sequence starts.

Speed to lead wins. Goal: every new lead gets a call or text (with consent) within 1 business hour during clinic hours.
